As we walk around throughout our day, we all tend to carry our tension with us – whether it is from sitting at a desk for long time-periods, from heavy lifting or other strenuous movement, or from stressful events that have made us tense. Whatever the reason for the tension, it usually lives in one or more specific parts of the body. Do you know where in your body you hold tension? (Many of us are often not even aware we are doing it!)
Discovering where you hold tension, and even relieving it, can easily and quickly be done while standing!
Each and every one of us has a position of minimal stress, a standing position where we can easily let go of excess tension, becoming more centred and energised. This audio will help you find that centre.
Once you have found your position of minimal stress, try starting every day by finding this centre and moving from it as you begin to go about your daily routine.
